Far too much data loaded

  • This theme is nice, if you don’t care about page load speed. The theme loads 15 JavaScript files and 16 CSS files. This is far too many and slows down the loading of the page.

    If the CSS files are necessary for display, then fine. But the JS files, no way can one site use all of those at once. One is called mosaic.js, I have no idea what it does but I’ve never enabled a feature on the site called ‘mosaic’

    Please, developers, put all of these files into one and it will load quicker, or get rid of the ones that the user doesn’t use. I would put money on my site not using half of those JS files, but my visitors have to spend several seconds loading them anyway.
