FareHarbor. Where's the setup page?

    Can’t figure out how to set up the plugin, absolutely no info on FareHarbor site, no option to create an account, customer service unresponsive. WP returns the following:

    Please provide a FareHarbor shortname. (Format: shortname=”yourshortname”)
