  • Very simple to use with little effort to set up. I was able to customize the look to fit with our website. The support staff responds quickly when I need them. I will eventually upgrade to the premium version and take advantage of the automated FAQ developer they have available. I wish I had more thumbs to give them more thumbs up:)
