Fast and helpful support

Having some problems with the update process in version 5, I openened a support ticket. This was on a Saturday morning so I didn’t really expect any help before Monday. However, within less than an hour Jordy answered with precise instructions to make it work. Great support for a gread product I wouldn’t want to miss!
