Fast on Mac, Slow on Windows

    We are installing AIO in a Docker container to clone our site for local development. After downloading the .wpress file, the restore takes ~3 minutes, on PC it takes ~15 minutes. In both cases we are using reasonably powerful computers. Might there be a setting to speed this up on PC?
