Fast support, does what it says

I was getting a lot of spam MailChimp signups, so tried this plugin to help. At first, it blocked all signups, and all comments when I enabled it, but the developer responded within a couple hours and mentioned some otherwise unseen Javascript errors on my site. Once I tracked down the plugin causing them and replaced it, the issue went away, and I have not had MailChimp spam since.
