Fast Support Response Time

I was having a problem on a client site (CUSTOM WP theme!) and submitted a request for support thinking it would be a week or two before hearing from anyone if at all. I was happily surprised when I had a response within 24 hours and a resolution immediately afterwards. Great plugin that plays nice with just about any theme!
