Fastest cache slow?

    Hi,
    I bought the premium version of wp-fastest cache, but I didnt see a visible improvement of the speed of my website.
    Why?
    I deselect only the cache for mobile devices and for connected users.

    I still haven’t optimized images, only 1000 credits but I would need 5000.

    What can I do? I thought to have an important improvement.
    What are the right settings?
