Fastest support

Contacted support a couple of times. Each time, got a response in seconds (maybe lucky with time zone); but always quick and technically of a very high standard. These guys know their stuff and the plugin works extremely well. They even logged onto my site and fiddled with the code to accommodate our unique requirements and said they would keep it in subsequent updates.
