As far as i know not. Apache main and nginx reverse proxy.

Did you perform a plugin conflict test?

If not, deactivate all of your plugins except any security plugin you’re using and WPFC. Are you now able to save your settings?

If the above did not help, then you may have a server-level issue (e.g., restrictive htaccess file rule, corrupt database, etc.) which may require contacting your host.
