The setting saving feature was controlled by woocommerce core function and its fine with the current version.

The error message was from last API call, To check the API is correct or not, you should try to place an order from frontend and see the results

With that api key message I can’t select which franchise to use in the plugin settings, I’ll follow your solution and see how it goes.
    Thanks

Thanks guys, I’ll stay with the current shipping methods in this instance.

    Hello
I am using wooCommerce 3.3.5 and WP: 4.9.5.
I’ve got the same notification: Fastway: No such api key: b5056fe957ea82692b615808cfd881bc

I have added on shipping zone but I can not select the franchise, its blank and also I have tried to place an order from frontend and it says “There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

I’ve put all address details also.

    Can you help?

    Hi there
Did you enter your own API key? The franchises will be available until having a valid API key.

    Best Regards

    Hi,

I am also having this issue.

I am using WP 4.9.5, and WC 3.3.5.

I notice on Fastway API page (where you register for the API key), there is different API versions… and the default (latest) version is “This is the latest version of the API! It is subject to change and may contain bugs! Use only for testing new features or at your own risk. ”

I have used this latest of the API, and have the same issue (I can’t register for a v2 or v3 API key for some reason it results in a 500 error).

The plugin didn’t work with NO API key entered, and since I put in the new key, it says “Fastway: No such api key: b5056…….”. Even when I delete the API key again this same message shows.

Any advice? Thanks for your help.
