I made a full restore. back to 3.5.2

The error seems to be coming from Woo Variation Swatches Pro, so you may do better approaching the vendor’s support service. Commercial software is not available to www.ads-software.com forum members so its unlikely anyone can support it here.

I thought so at first and deactivated or renamed the plugin via the File Manager. Then there was always another error message that it was a different plugin. Meanwhile I deactivated 5 plugins, so that I could go back to the backend at all. It must be something else.

    Hi there,

The error is certainly appearing to come from the Woo Variation Swatches Pro plugin based on the error message. I’d recommend setting up a staging site with a copy of your live site, then completing a conflict test as outlined below. You can disable everything first, do the update to 3.5.3, then enable each item to find the source of the error.
    ?
The best way to determine the root cause of a conflict is to:
    ?

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem: Update to WooCommerce 3.5.3

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
