Fatal error: call to undefined function icl_get_current_language

    Hello,

    I have multisite installation, and I was trying to enable Ultimate Member for a subsite only.
    During activation, I get this fatal error upon activation:
    Fatal error: call to undefined function icl_get_current_language

    I understand that it’s related to WPML plugin, but I do have it network-activated on the multisite.

    I also tried to activate the plugin network-wide, alas the same fatal error.

    What can be wrong? Thanks
