FATAL 403 ERROR – PLEASE HELP

    Upgraded to Version 3.2-RC2 and now whenever I attempt to Log In via the WordPress Admin, I get the following error, hence I am unable to access my Site for editing:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare iis7_supports_permalinks() (previously declared in /hermes/bosweb26a/b1550/ipg.mortgagespectatorcom/wp-includes/functions.php:3555) in /hermes/bosweb26a/b1550/ipg.mortgagespectatorcom/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 403

    IPage, my web hosting service has repeatedly advised that it is a WordPress script error. Managed to put a message (via IPage’s web editing package) on on a temporary new home page (not my WordPress home page) advising colleagues that Site is under maintenance. Please help me resolve this, as it is significantly impacting my client base.
