    Hello.
What WordPress version do you use ?
What other plugins do you have installed to your server?
Can you check the error.log file from your server, relative to that error ?

Also Can you try to deactivate all other plugins and then try to activate the Booking Calendar, to recheck if this errors was by conflict with some other your active plugin ?
    Kind regards.

    WordPress 3.6.

    Ajax Thumbnail Rebuilder
    Akismet
    All in one Favicon
    Backup
    CopyRightPro
    Jetpack
    Wordpress Backup to Dropbox.

I had to delete the plugin in my files through filezilla, cause I wasn’t able to go to my plugins in my WP Admin. Getting a fatal error something about memory or so, but I did had enough memory left.

So.. I just stopped trying it, cause it really annoyed me to delete the plugin all the time.

Probably you was need to try that last variant. Deactivate all active plugins, and then try to activate the Booking Calendar. During activation process is going many operations like DB tables creations, etc.
And then after the activation process reactivate all other plugins.
Its seems that its really relative to the memory limit in your server configuration for the specific requests.
    Kind regards.
