Fatal Erro
-
Hello,
I am experiencing a fatal error with the Nav Menu widget in ElementsKit on my WordPress site. Below are the details of the error:
Error:
Fatal error: Uncaught ValueError: Unknown format specifier "C" in /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-includes/nav-menu-template.php:285 Stack trace: ...
The error appears to be related to an unrecognized format specifier
"C"
within thesprintf()
function in the filenav-menu-template.php
. This issue occurs only when the ElementsKit Nav Menu widget is active, and it seems to prevent the page from loading correctly.Steps Attempted to Resolve the Issue:
- I verified the navigation menu settings to ensure no special characters were present.
- Both Elementor and ElementsKit are updated to the latest versions.
- I deactivated and reactivated all plugins to isolate the issue and confirmed that the error only appears with ElementsKit active.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue? The Nav Menu widget is essential for my site’s navigation, and your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your support.
