fatal erroe

    Hi all
    I get the below message when I try to load my homepage

    Fatal error: Invalid hex length in /home/slch1/mcchhypnotherapytraining.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/lizatom-shortcodes/lib/color.php on line 57

    I have no idea what it means or how to resolve it.
    I have tried retracing my steps to no avail.
    The site is https://www.mcchhypnotherapytraining.co.uk/

    Any ideas?

  • Looks like a problem with the /lizatom-shortcodes plugin – so you can use FTP (or other file manager your host provides) to deactivate that plugin –

    wp-content
    plugins
       lizatom-shortcodesHOLD  (change the name on this folder)

    Then you should be able to login again.

    I deactivated the plugin from the plugins page but is now saying

    MicrosoftInternetExplorer4

    On the page.
    i don’t use Internet Explorer. I use Firefox.
