Fatal Error – 0 Error

Hi I recently installed this plugin and no matter what plugins I disable or any combination of stuff it always fails after the DB is copied. The only error I get is Fatal Error – 0 Error which is really useless and I am going nuts trying to work out what to make of this. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
