Fatal error

    Installed and activated MailPoet Newsletters and now am trying to activate MailPoet WooCommerce Add-on, but when I do it gives me a Fatal Error (I removed my website address from below for security purposes):

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    I can verify the newsletter plugin is up and running, I just cannot activate the Woocommerce plugin. When I first installed both plugins, I accidentally clicked activate on the Woocommerce plugin before the newsletter plugin was activated and first got this error. But I have tried fresh deletes and installs since then with no luck, any ideas?

    Running WordPress 3.9.1, Woocommerce 2.1.11
