Fatal Error

I get a fatal error when trying to activate the plugin.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2040327 bytes) in /var/www/selfhealgo.com/wp-includes/functions.php on line 364
I’ve tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it but it didn’t help. I tried asking my host about my memory but they say I need to buy VPS. I highly doubt that because this plugin works just fine on all my other client sites.
I’ve also tried deactivating all the plugins except for shortcodes ultimiate and then activating just that and still it does not work. Just get the fatal error every time.
