This is error is showing on the plugin dashboard also: Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in /home/hostlike/public_html/custom/remote/plugins/hlt-bootstrapcss-plugin-widgets.php on line 112

    Any fix for this?

    Thank you

    Hi!

Okay, I’ve updated the plugin to v1.3 which will address your issues – the problem is that nearly all web hosts have now upgraded to PHP 5.4 and there was some old 5.3 code in there.

There are other fixes and improvements in there, but your problem is solved assuming you’re still trying to use the plugin.

    Thanks,
    Paul.

Hello Paul, thank’s for the upgrade. yes i am still using it on my project. It’s really a very important plugin on my set up.

I upgraded it on all my websites, but noticed that it’s breaking the dashboard on all of them?!

    Thank you

Can you explain more what you mean by that it’s breaking the dashboard? Have you got an error – anything to help me narrow it down?

it’s not a php error, it’s a visual one. It messes with the columns. The right one is pushed below he left on and it renders the boxes with about 50% or their original size. it happens in all of the websites i use the plugin.

I’ve re-checked the include code and I can’t see how it’s being added to the admin area.

On one of your sites with the problem, can you disable the plugin and just ensure that the problem is gone when you disable it?

    It’s very strange..

Yes, it’s happening, double checked, and on different servers.
