Fatal Error

  • I got this fatal error that’s preventing me from accessing the site that I am designing:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare add_telephone_number() (previously declared in /hermes/waloraweb010/b1757/moo.larrykriegerlcswcom/wp-content/themes/TwentyEleven2/functions.php:7) in /hermes/waloraweb010/b1757/moo.larrykriegerlcswcom/wp-content/themes/TwentyEleven2/functions.php on line 16

    The site I’m having problem opening is:

    larrykriegerlcsw.com

    Help! How do you fix this?

  • What is the function add_telephone_number() that the error message is referring to? Is that something you added yourself to the theme?

    You can disable the theme (and access the site again) if you FTP into your server, go to /wp-content/themes and then rename the folder TwentyEleven2 to something like TwentyEleven2-old.

    Yes, the error message appeared after I added that.
