    Hi Sarah, Can you confirm what version of wordpress you are using? If its prior to 3.6.0 then please upgrade wordpress and try again. If you are already on upgraded version then try to uninstall and reinstall the plugin. If it still doesn’t work let me know and i will have a look.

    Thanks for your help, unfortunately I have to work with the current version for now which is 3.5.2 – I will find another plugin and when we can update I can revisit this one.
