Fatal error

    Hi,
    I get a fatal error when i upload or activate this plugin. I am using a theme called sweetdate and it wont even allow me to get to my site when i upload it or activate it from the dashboard.

    The plugin wp-idea-stream/wp-idea-stream.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

    this is the error message that I get.

    Hi,

    You should check wp-content/plugins/wp-idea-stream content, it looks like WordPress had a trouble writing the plugin files and folders.
    Download the plugin locally, compare what’s missing and you can try to directly put the missing parts into wp-content/plugins/wp-idea-stream using FTP.

    Hi,
    I downloaded it and then uploaded it straight to the FTP…it has the same parts.
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strtolower() in /home/themajes/public_html/thelovezone/wp-content/plugins/wp-idea-stream/includes/buddypress/activity.php on line 236

    It shows this when I install it directly from the dashboard and try to go to the site.

    i’m sorry i don’t manage to reproduce. Have you tried to get the plugin from www.ads-software.com within the Administration > Plugins area.
