  • I even faced this problem its conflicting with your wordpress version just make sure you’re using latest version of wordpress and Woocommerce. Or you can deactive/reactive other plugins as well.

    May I know what version of WordPress you are using? and what WooCommerce plugins?
    It is a conflict issue. It says you have another class with the same name (Woocommerce_Upcoming_Product) which loads before this plugin. Please check you have a single file of this plugin. it may cause for loading this plugin twice. Thank you.
