Fatal Error – When Adding New Subscriber

When adding a new subscriber, I only get the following message when I visit Newsletter > Dashboard.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function date_create_from_format() in /newsletter/main/index.php on line 57
When I remove the new subscriber, I can revisit the Newsletter > Dashboard properly again.
