    Hi, IsHTML is a core function of the mailing system of wordpress. If it is no more there I suspect you have a plugin change that core library. Go to Newsletter main setting and set Newsletter to “send emails directly”.

    It was fixed, but I want to ask a question: what does Trigger delivery engine do? and can I resend the old newsletter to the new subscribers only?

    You cannot resend old newsletter to new subscribers. The trigger is only for test purpose, actually it is not required to use it.
