Fatal Error…

Thanks for your post! There’s another thread (which it sounds like you saw) with folks reporting this issue: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/fatal-error-of-another/. Posting the link here as well so folks can trace back.

Could you also post a list of your active plugins as well?

Also, you can check to see if there’s a plugin conflict by deactivating all your plugins except WooCommerce, then attempting to activate the MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin. If it works, there was a conflict with one of the previously active plugins. From here, you can activate them one by one and attempt activating the MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin each time to narrow down where the conflict lies.

If the deactivating those plugins doesn’t seem to make a difference, you can try out another WooCommerce compatible theme to see if the issue is resolved there.

Let us know how that goes and those active plugins and we’ll be happy to keep testing things out!
