Fatal error

Hello,

When trying to update Ultimate Member from 1.3.88 to 2.0 I get the following message:

Fatal error: Class ‘um\core\Form’ not found in /homepages/1/d413145934/htdocs/####/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/includes/class-init.php on line 744Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

I have downloaded the 2.0 version from this link: https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/262-manually-updating-to-2-0

Can you please help?
