Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home3/demmy/public_html/accessibleroom.org/wp-includes/pomo/mo.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php53/lib/php’) in /home3/demmy/public_html/accessibleroom.org/wp-settings.php on line 102

It seems like you deleted more than you think. Download a fresh copy of WordPress, unzip locally, and upload all files and directories. It should fill in any missing files.

Thanks, after following your suggestion, am back to the error that occurred in the first place

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home3/demmy/public_html/accessibleroom.org/wp-content/plugins/sydney-toolbox/sydney-toolbox.php on line 103

    any help?

In that case, the problem is that one plugin. Download a fresh copy of the plugin and upload the unzipped directory over what’s there in wp-content/plugins/sydney-toolbox.

Delete the plugin and report the error at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/sydney-toolbox

Given that the plugin is probably necessary for the Sydney theme, you may also need to delete the theme and fall back to twentyseventeen (the current WP default). Once you’re there, you can choose a different theme for the site.
