Fatal error

@camerro can you please answer the below questions in the same order?

• were you using the plugin before and was this same functionality working properly?
• are you using the latest version of the plugin? If not, please upgrade.
• is this happening with other charts as well or only with table? If only table, is this google table or datatable table charts?
• can you share a screen recording of this behavior?
• what is the version of WP and PHP?

– I used the Plug-in before, since second half of 2019 and it always worked.
– Yes i’m using the latest version 3.4.5 of visualizer
– I only use charts with manual data, but this error happens with every existing chart when editing and with every new chart!

@camerro have you checked by disabling all other plugins? This looks like a conflict with whatever you have installed recently (or after second half of 2019). We have had a similar issue with the plugin Edit Flow because of an issue with their code. Please check and let us know what you find.

I didn‘t install any new Plug-In

@rozroz Yes, i deactivated all other plug ins. Also updated my theme and WordPress to the newest version. Today i also updated Visualizer. But it didn’t work.
It still says fatal error!

Please share the logs of your server so that we can understand why this is happening.

so this is indeed a conflict with your theme. I believe this is best addressed by the developers of the theme as the error appears in their code.
