Hotelier is displaying a fatal error!

I don’t know if it’s been here since the install, because… this error does not show up when I’m logged into the website. I was testing it, not logged in and noticed this.

I’m kinda freaking out, cause I need this fixed before the website launch.

    Please help!!!

I’ve tried changing the php versions, deleting plug-ins and neither of those resolved it. My hosts said this is an error with hotelier it’s self. Hopefully someone can help fix this.

I purchased a theme that uses hotelier, and I don’t have the activation code for it, and you can not message the app on their website without this. It’s very frustrating as you can’t even ask a pre-sale question.

    Hello,

I’m not affiliated with any theme author so obviously, you can’t get support directly in my portal which is only for premium users. But that’s why this forum exists, so don’t worry.

As a general rule, to figure out if it’s a problem with WP Hotelier or the theme you’re using, just switch to the default theme. If the error goes away it means the error is caused by the theme.

The error I see on your page is very clear and confirms what I’ve said. The theme you are using is overriding some WP Hotelier files. When WP Hotelier 2.3.0 came out there were some changes and these files need to be updated.

From this screenshot, you can see that the error happens in a theme file: https://lopezb.d.pr/llIFoR

So what your host provider is saying is wrong. It’s not an error of WP Hotelier.

Unfortunately, I have no control over this and it has to be the theme author to fix it. If you send me your login details I can patch your theme myself, because it only requires 2 minutes of work. Just write here your email address and I will send you an email.

    Best Regards,
    Benito
