This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
?
The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Product Blocks (which you should first update to the latest version 4.2)
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Thanks for your response. We thought this might be the issue.
The problem is we don’t see the woocommerce block plugin on our plugin list and we can’t update or disable it. We don’t know if that’s part of the problem or what.
We did not develop the website, we’re trying to solve the problem the person who creat it didn’t correct and we’re a little bit lost.

Do you know why that’s happening? Why the plugin is not on the list or where can we find it?

Hmm, that’s certainly odd.. Can you send us a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find that at: WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > 'Get system report'

That’s super odd, that’s why we are having so much trouble.
We’ve also tried to search on the cpanel folders for the plugins and it’s also not there. Never seen sth like this before…

If the issue is still occurring, it is good to go ahead and try the conflict test as mentioned before – follow this link for steps on how to do this.

We do *highly* recommend a staging site for these tests so that your Live site is unaffected. A staging site is a clone or copy of the Live site, used for testing. You can reach out to your Host if you need to have a staging site set up, as they usually can assist you with this.

We haven’t solved the problem yet but as it’s other person working on the site, we let him trying to solve it.
