Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Hi, this is the support forum for the Cornerstone plugin in WordPress’ official plugin directory.

It appears that you are using a different plugin that may be using the same name, as the details you provided do not match the plugin hosted here. The plugin may have included support information on the plugin’s own admin page. You may also be able to find information on getting support via the site where you downloaded/purchased the plugin.

    Hi there,

Thanks for your reply. I believe it is the same plugin, as it led me to the homepage and these forums, and Archetyped is listed as the contributer. However it does say that this plugin has not been tested with our version of wordpress. Could you link perhaps to this true version and I can compare?

    Thanks!

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the links another plugin uses. Nor do we have any control over a plugin using the same name if you acquired it outside of WordPress’ official plugin directory.

Based on the error details you provided, the developer of the plugin you have installed appears to be Themeco. You may be able to confirm this if they list their name accurately below the plugin on your site’s Plugin admin page.

Contacting the developer of that plugin for support is recommended.
