Fatal Error

  • I installed the plugin today and immediately was blocked out of my wordpress site with a fatal error. I had to sign in via recovery mode and deactivate your plugin before I could get my site back up and running. Would really like to use your plugin – is there a fix for this?

    The host is WordPress engine. I manage this site for the owner of the business and he says he might have FTP but he would have to check. Can you tell me in beginner terms where to go and what to check so that we can get you in there and make this widget work for us? It would be awesome.
