• Resolved WORLD FILM FEDERATION

    (@worldfilmfederation)

    I received this email, several times.
    Howdy!

    Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

    In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache.

    First, visit your website (https://www.worldfilmfederation.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.worldfilmfederation.com/wp-admin/upload.php) and check for any visible issues.

    Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

  • @worldfilmfederation Can you please enable debugging mode, Please add following lines to wp-config.php just before where it says: /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );

    Then try to reload the page again.

    A debug.log file should be created inside wp-content folder,which should contain error information in it, Please share the file with us.
