Fatal Error

  • Hi,

    When I activate the plugin it returns:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare beonepage_contact_send_message() (previously declared in /home/pharmagl/public_html/gig/wp-content/themes/beonepage-lite/inc/extras.php:178) in /home/pharmagl/public_html/gig/wp-content/plugins/beonepage-lite/beonepage-lite-plugin.php on line 71

    and it stays desactivated, meaning that the website don’t work and gives a fatal error:

    I just checked your screenshots, it looks like you are using older version 1.0.2 of our theme, our latest version of the theme is 1.4.3.

    Please try to use the latest version of the theme and try to use the beonepage lite plugin(version 1.0.1), it should work.

    There wasn’t any update, so I manually download version 1.4.3 and replace the theme files.

    Installed redux framework and upgrade to PHP 7.4

    Now the main page it works, but customize it keeps with fatal error

    Our team has checked the setup on our local server, and there is no issue found at our end.

    Can you please try at your end with following things –

    1. deactivate all other plugin except beonepage-lite-plugin and redux pluginm and check again,
    2. if still you have same issue, please try to do a fresh setup on local server with PHP 7.x and check.
