    Hi,
After adding a code, my site crashed.
    Impossible to go back.
I was able to access the dashboard after changing the folder name in public_html/wp-content/plugins with FTP
The plugin is disabled, so I deleted it and reinstalled it.
    But the site crashes again.
I followed several tutorials without result.
    Please help me, it’s urgent.
    Thank you.

I was able to solve this problem, but unfortunately apart from ALL your advice

    Your site https://help.codesnippets.pro/collection/3-faq is offline

    Impossible to get any help.

I went to my phpMyAdmin ====> wp_snippets and deleted the last code that was crashing my site.

    Everything is back to normal.

Glad to hear you could solve the problem!

The documentation site appears to be online. For reference, this is the article to address your situation if it happens again: https://help.codesnippets.pro/article/12-safe-mode

    Hi,

I want to apologize, indeed the site is well functional.
The problem came from my side.
I could access the site now.
I think it would be nice to add the solution by phpMyAdmin
Is it possible to add an option to save the code snippets automatically?
I think it would also be good to add the option Complete uninstall next to Extracts | Disable | Translate in the extension menu.
    These are just suggestions.
    Resolved.
    Thank you.

It’s a good idea! We’re planning on adding AJAX saving in a future version.
