Fatal Error

Hi, I have a site that is built on WordPress and has several plugins one of which is Envira Gallery. Since late Feb/early March the Envira product has been reporting a fatal error- I receive these by email and I'm not terribly sure just what is reporting the error.

I reported this to Envira and at first they responded and took a look. Then they said that they can't reproduce it and so they have done little since. I have chased and chased them but they ignore me and have now gone dark and neither acknowledge or reply to me (despite this being a paid for product).

So, I raise this to see if anyone can suggest any logs or other info that can help. The big issue for me is that I don't know what actions or activities cause the issue. As I said, I get these emails (multiple ones - maybe 200 or so by now) reporting errors that have already happened.

So, is there any way to find out what was happening when the error occurred by viewing any logs or can I put any debug traces on?

Failing all this I will remove Envira and install a different gallery product. I must admit to being annoyed that Envira seem to have abrogated all responsibiliry for their product and no dount they will howl like slapped bitches when I ditch the product but all they have to do is fix their mistakes and errors and they have had two months to do it!
