Fatal Error

    I am using your plugin on a live site and it’s throwing a fatal error. The site is not using your plugin for login or membership, it’s strictly being used for Buddypress and BBPress styling.


    PHP Fatal error: Cannot declare class Youzify_User, because the name is already in use in /nas/content/live/thewarriornew/wp-content/plugins/youzify/includes/public/core/class-youzify-user.php on line 7, referer: https://tribe.thewarriorcenter.com/members/kem/posts

    This is one of the errors that it’s giving me. I need to get this resolved as soon as humanly possible since this is a live site and it is causing login issues.

    Can someone please take a look and let me know if it can be fixed? I love your plugin and want to continue using it.

    Please try to do these steps to identify the issue

    • Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme.
    • Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    • If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
    • Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).
