    Hello again,

I was testing the plugin and I added the API. Then I went to elementor to add the shortcode to my homepage so that my channel videos can be displayed but elementor stated that there was a 500 sever error. When I try to go to my website (staging), it says that there has been a fatal error. Here is the email:

    Howdy!

WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Automatic YouTube Gallery.

First, visit your website (https://wordpress-601622-3763641.cloudwaysapps.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://wordpress-601622-3763641.cloudwaysapps.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=261&action=edit) and check for any visible issues.

    Please help!

Strange. Kindly share with me the shortcode you are using.

I have opened a ticket there and shared the shortcode there as well.

Btw you said the facade mode and other options will be available now. Are they available?

Thanks for the details. It really helped us to find the reason for the issue.

The problem comes with your API Key. I’m getting the following error message when troubleshooting,

“Error 403 Requests from referer https://wordpress-601622-3763641.cloudwaysapps.com are blocked. : forbidden”

    Solution:

    1. Log in to your Google Developer’s Console.
    2. Click the “Credentials” tab on the left navigation bar.
    3. Under “API keys”, select the key you’re currently using with our plugin.
    4. Under “Application restrictions”, ensure that “None” is selected. If “Website” is selected, kindly make sure that you have whitelisted your website address.
    5. Finally, delete the cache from our plugin’s settings page.

    Hope this solved your issue!

Our plugin detected this error message. But sorry that instead of showing the error message, it throws a Fatal error and this is the reason for all the confusion. I promise that our next version would show the actual error messages.
