Nice to see my issue has been validated. We lost so much time due to this error we had to move on and use AutomatorWP. Zero issues at all w Woocommerce. And our site is heavy too w events, etc..

    best of luck

Oh wow. It seems like these plugins are comparable. Well good sir… I might have to do the same as I don’t know if they will fix this before my site needs to go live. We will see if they can help me fix this. *Facepalm*

    Hi @christaylor425 ,

The change we provided over a week ago was included in the most recent Automator Pro 5.1 release. Are you able to confirm that you updated?

@hardtruth3456 and @christaylor425 , from the 2 cases we saw where users provided system info, we confirm Pro was running but the license was not activated. @christaylor425 , your report shows that your site wasn’t connected.

As the change we provided is related to licensing, are you both able to confirm that the version of Pro you downloaded was from our website and was activated with the license key we provided?

@hardtruth3456 , I don’t think Pro was mentioned in your original message. Were you using Pro? And if you have switched, was our team able to provide a refund?

    Thanks

Ok so the pro plugin needs to be activated which give the unlimited credits and it should work without issue?

Hi @christaylor425 , the common element we saw, where we had full details from another user with a stack trace and some related details, suggested that an EDD licensing file we use in the Pro plugin could be related (as the full error details related to something not in our Free version). The change we sent was related to updating a licensing library file.

The best steps here would be to updating to our latest releases (either manually from our site or automatically) and activating the license.

Again, this isn’t something we could reproduce, but our expectation based on the other user’s feedback is that this should resolve things.

Currently the updated the uncanny automator pro to Version 5.1.0.1?and I currently don’t see any woocommerce issues. Will report back in 24 hours. I still havent activated the site yet as I am working on a staging site. However the issue is currently not happening.

Hi @christaylor425 , please do let us know how you make out. Also note that Staging sites are automatically white-listed for your license key if you use one of these URLs:

    localhost
    10.0.0.0/8
    11.172.16.0.0/12
    12.192.168.0.0/16
    .dev
    .local
    dev.
    staging.

Any site with one of those URLs won’t count against your site limit, and we do definitely want to make sure you’re testing with an activated license and an unmodified copy of Pro for this issue.

I know you mentioned content as a reason not to reach out for our normal Pro support, but with Automator we do really see everything. ?? It’s up to you, but it could help to make a resolution more efficient in future.
