    Hello, Your update of the plugin yesterday caused a fatal error: Uncaught Error: Failed opening required ‘/home/dh_x89sj9/whsgradnite.com/wp-content/plugins/give/vendor/composer/autoload_real.php’ (include_path=’.:’) in /home/dh_x89sj9/whsgradnite.com/wp-content/plugins/give/vendor/autoload.php:23 Stack trace:

    I was unable to access my site and my host had to disable the plugin. I’m now trying to delete it so I can reinstall it and it won’t delete. Please advise. Thanks

    Based on the error log you shared with me, it looks like something was blocking the /wp-content/plugins/give/vendor/autoload.php file. Maybe during an update, this file was not carried over.

    Before taking any steps for troubleshooting or updating, I highly recommend taking a good backup of the site you can confidently restore from. Having a backup of your site is essential to a solid workflow, and will allow you to restore to a previous version of the site if you run into any issues.     Now, you might need to ask your host to delete the give folder directly from your server and then you can reinstall GiveWP. Can you give it a try?
