Fatal error

  • Hi, we’re suddenly getting a fatal error when attempting to download pdfs of packing slips and invoices at https://www.theaudubonshop.com/

    Fatal error: preg_match_all(): Argument #2 ($subject) must be of type string, array given

    Any idea how we can fix this? I did not go through my usual turning off plugins and then turning them on one at a time because I’m terminally ill. Can you help?

    @pagan11460, The error you’re encountering is caused by a conflict between different versions of the Dompdf library, which is responsible for generating PDFs.

    Our plugin utilizes the most recent version of Dompdf. However, it seems you have another plugin?that relies on an older version of Dompdf, leading to the occurrence of the error.

    If you can share the error log when you try to view/download a document, I can tell you the plugin name.

    My client tried it again…it’s working now with the rolled back version.
