    Hi!

Shortly after publishing my site and allowing user registration today, I started encountering Fatal error. I’m using the latest version of your plugin (3.8.3.4) primarily to restrict registration with invite codes.

Today, I encountered the following error: https://pastebin.com/PDAZGc8e. I suspect it might be “invoked” by user registrations, but I’m not certain, because looking at the timestamps, it happens even if I don’t do anything admin-wise.

The main issue is that this error is causing problems with other plugins on my site. These issues disappear when I deactivate Pie Register. I’ve tried changing the theme to the default and disabling other plugins, but the error persists in the PHP logs.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

    Best Regards!

    Hi,

To help us better understand and resolve the issue you’re experiencing, can you please provide more details on the following:

    1. What specific issues are you encountering with Pie Register?
    2. Is there a specific action or page where you are facing this issue?
    3. Is this error breaking any functionality on your site?
    4. Are there any visible errors on the front end or in the browser console? If yes, please share the screenshot.

This information will help our development team to understand the issue better and guide you toward a solution.

Also, we have tested on our side but were unable to replicate the error. Your detailed input will be invaluable in diagnosing the problem.

    Thank you,

    Hi!

The error I presented in my last post seems to be breaking functionalities of Uncanny Automator plugin, stopping recepies (automations) from working (even though none of them include Pie Register). Also, it breaks Uncanny Automator page (like in this image: https://ibb.co/bFgD7QM), and makes it impossible to work with the plugin. Everything seems to be working fine as soon as I deactivate Pie Register.

    Hi,

We have tested Pie Register in various environments, including with “Uncanny Automator,” and did not encounter any errors or broken functionality. If it’s causing issues on your end, it might be an environment-specific problem.

Our development team would like to investigate further in your environment.

Please contact us here so we can assist you.

    Thank you,
