• Dear Support Team,

Since the recent update, we have been encountering an error that is preventing our customers from completing their payments. The error message they receive is as follows:
“A problem has occurred. Please stop or choose another payment method.”

We have already tried disabling all plugins and reattempted the process, but the issue persists.

Could you please assist us in resolving this as soon as possible? This is affecting our customers’ ability to make purchases, and we would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps you can provide.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    Kind regards

    Hello @byred

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Foremost we recommend first downgrading your PayPal Payments plugin to version 2.9.3. You can download it from this link: Version 2.9.3. This version may help resolve the issue if it’s related to the recent update.

As you mentioned that the conflict test did not resolve the issue, we suggest contacting us directly for further assistance. We may need to examine your system report or logs to better understand what’s happening. To do so, you can open a support ticket with our service desk. You can request support here: Request Support.

Please ensure that you include the URL of this thread in your ticket for reference.

Thank you for your patience, and we are happy to assist further.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian

    Hello @inpsydekrystian ,

We are contacting you again as we have not yet received a response regarding the ticket we opened. We have already submitted the bug logs, but there has been no update, and we are still unable to use PayPal for payments on our platform.

The issue arises when a customer clicks the “Pay” button. The PayPal window opens and then immediately closes, after which a critical error is displayed.

Could you please provide an update on the status of our ticket and advise on a potential solution? This issue is severely impacting our ability to process payments.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best regards,
