Since the recent update, we have been encountering an error that is preventing our customers from completing their payments. The error message they receive is as follows:
“A problem has occurred. Please stop or choose another payment method.”We have already tried disabling all plugins and reattempted the process, but the issue persists.
Could you please assist us in resolving this as soon as possible? This is affecting our customers’ ability to make purchases, and we would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps you can provide.
