Fatal error activating

    After purchasing the premium Yoast SEO plugin, when we activate on the WP dashbaord, we get this message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_installing() in /home/cyclet12/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo-premium/wp-seo-main.php on line 479

    We just migrated our staging DB to the prod DB. I don’t know if these are possibly related?
