Fatal Error after failed WP version update

I was going a routine update. I got a message that WordPress failed to update and got this message:

I went into PHPMYAdmina and disabled all plugins, and tried changing the theme under both ‘template’ and ‘stylesheet’. Nothing worked. I can’t even access wp-login to log into my control panel.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
