Fatal Error after installing personal welcome plugin

    I tried to install and activate the personal message plug in and I can no longer access anything after the admin log in page. Once I log in, every page gives this message:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_site_admin() in /home/content/85/4609685/html/wp-content/plugins/personal-welcome/personal_welcome.php on line 37
