Hello @greentreelabs, I had had troubles with my galleries after updating to newest version today, hence I went for a rollback. With a bad luck, I randomly chose 3.3.57 and got a fatal error message (see below). Then I found in support forums that there was a bug for this version causing same issues to users (I’m not sure why it is still available at wordpress to be able to choose it).
I was able to get a support enable my webpage again. However my webhosting support agent needed to disable/deactivate plugin in order to make a webpage working again.
I’m wondering how can I now update plugin to a newer version, I have there only options to Activate (I assume I would active faulty version again which is not what I want) and Delete (I assume I would lose all of my galleries), also there is an option to Edit, but I cannot code, hence I’m unable to work with that. Can you please advise how can I get a correct version of plugin without losing my galleries? Many thanks, Anna

Error message I got after rollback:

  • Hello @annaklanduchova,

Thank you for reaching out to us!
Can you please delete that version and install a different one?
There is indeed an issue with it and we will delete it now from our repository.
Please don’t worry, deleting it will not remove your galleries.
They are stored in your database, not the actual plugin.

Also can you please let me know what issues did you have with the latest version of the plugin so we can investigate?

    Thank you,
    Mihaela
